This Gurukul, run by Bal Sewa Ashram Bhiwani, established by Punjab Kesari Lala Lajpat Rai in 1897, is in its infancy. This institution will continue to strive to preserve and promote the eternal traditions of the educational values, teachings and rituals of the sages and saints through the Gurukul education system even in the modern age. The ultimate goal of the Gurukul will be to nurture the brahmacharinis at the physical, mental and spiritual level in the lap of unique nature, under the constant supervision of excellent teachers and great Vedic scholars. This Gurukul is built on the foundation of Vedic sentiments, all the arrangements ofthe Gurukul will be run on donations, hence your every kind of cooperation is welcome in this yagya.

Objectives of Gurukul
- Maharishi Dayanand Teaching of Arsha syllabus as directed by.
- Research work for the promotion of Vedic literature.
- Creation of scholars imbued with the practice of Ved-Vedang grammar.
- Propagation of Sanskrit, culture and Vedic ideology.

History
On November 10, 1899, an orphanage was opened in Bhiwani town. Veteran freedom fighter and national leader “Lala Lajpat Rai” laid the foundation stone of its building on May 30, 1909. A local philanthropist, Mr, Chandu Lal, offered his double-storied building to Babu Chudamani, an advocate, to keep orphans there. Babu Chudamani was one of the founders of this orphanage and remained its manager till his death.
The orphanage, which got its new name — Bal Sewa Ashram — on July 24, 1977. A government-recognized primary school is also run by Bal Sewa Ashram. In which completely free education provides to the children of other slums area.
